Throughout the journey, students took trains to various cities of China, including Beijing and Xian. By visiting different cities and appreciating great views there, students had a profound understanding of the cultures of local people in different cities and they were deeply impressed by the great effort paid by local officials to protect the tangible and intangible cultural heritage.
In these few days, students were divided into groups and accompanied by youngsters coming from different areas of China. Students took this opportunity to share with each other and exchange ideas on different issues in their cities. They all enjoyed the journey and promised to keep in close contact after the journey.
