15 March 2018 Students visiting the Community Kitchen in Yau Tong 同學參觀油塘社區厨房
On 15th March 2018, members of the Healthy Campus Club and some junior form health and environmental ambassadors visited the Community Kitchen in Yau Tong. The kitchen collected vegetables from nearby markets and prepared lunch for the elderly in the community. The kitchen also turned kitchen waste into fertilizer for cultivating their own vegetables. Students understood that they could protect the earth by producing less waste.
