The Award Scheme was jointly organised by the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department and Education Bureau. The objective is to encourage the use of nutrition labelling. Through the organisation of promotional activities in school and community settings, students and their selected target groups, such as their peers, teachers, parents or other members of the community, can have a better understanding of nutrition labelling for using it in their daily food choices.
Our students arranged a lot of activities, including stall game, poster competition, talk and educational activity in a kindergarten. The efforts of our students were highly appreciated and as a result, they were awarded the Silver Award (Junior Secondary).
